My lung function was at 17%. I had Cystic Fibrosis. I was 44 years old. I was using oxygen. I was coughing up blood. I needed a second chance at life. It represents my sincere gratitude to a young lady, a mother of two young children, who in her prime at the age of 39, left this earth, and presented me with a chance to live again.
