El presente libro es un trabajo de investigacion en el que se estudia la adecuacion y suficiencia de los "KG" limites para el cumplimiento de los criterios de estabilidad en los diversos campos, para los buques de carga rodada. El objetivo de este trabajo no es otro que el de evaluar el buque en relacion con la estabilidad en averias, tema esencial para la seguridad y este estudio ha tenido en cuenta las diversas circunstancias que pueden influir en su fase de proyecto para su evaluacion. De la misma manera que se ha podido establecer comparativamente un cierto procedimiento, que permite valorar la seguridad de cumplimiento de los requerimientos de colision de un buque con otro, y que puede permitir hablar del nivel de seguridad de un buque, se podria establecer una estimacion de la estabilidad en averias del buque. Incluso se podria asignar un cierto factor de ponderacion que permita valorar y comparar el nivel de seguridad del que se esta hablando. Este libro interesara a toda persona perteneciente a la industria naval: ingenieros, Universidades y Escuelas Tecnicas con ensenanzas relacionadas con el estudio de la estabilidad.
